New installation of a complete packaging line

MITS PACK recently completed the installation of a complete automatic line for a French customer specialising in food supplements.

This line comprises 8 items of equipment:

• • 2 accumulation tables (entry and exit),
  • 1 powder filler with automatic feeder
  • 1 desiccant insertion system,
  • 1 automatic capping machine,
  • 1 induction sealer for lids,
  • 1 double-belt conveyor for bottle marking
  • 1 precision labeller.

Glass and plastic jars (75 ml and 200 ml) for food supplements (hair, joints) are now treated with particular care:
no marks or scratches on containers or closures, and labels applied with millimetre precision.

Thanks to this complete automation, the customer has gone from a manual process (6,000 pots produced in a week by two operators) to a fully automatic line producing 6,000 pots in just two hours.

Entirely designed and managed by MITS PACK, the project was completed in 4 months.
